The Figures below show the actual voting share (in percent) for the runner-up party along with the voting share of the available non-voters which the runner-up party requires to close the gap to the winning party (i.e. the Kohler-Rose-Index). Values of the Kohler-Rose-Index above 100 percent were set to 100 down. In this case there would be no possibility for the runner-up party to close the gap.
